Ripple Connection Support Center is looking for a
Term Assistant Director

Hours: 24 hrs a Week Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-4:00pm 

Wage range: $20.00-$25.00 

1-year Term Position

Requirements:

• Experience as Assistant Director or similar Management position

• Experience working in Human Services Min of 2 years

• Experience in performance and operations of management

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards

• Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software 

• Outstanding communication verbal and written, excellent public speaking skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills able to meet deadlines

• Aptitude in problem-solving and crisis management 

• Proficient in QuickBooks

• Proficient in budgets and monitoring expenses

• Have empathy, be understanding, emotional maturity and good judgement 

• Current Standard first aid Certificate

• Mental Health First Aid Certificate

• Valid Driver Licence and working vehicle 

• Current Criminal Record Check & Child Welfare Check
