Hi, my name is Bree. I came into SCARS care as part of the big stray roundup. It was starting to get pretty cold outside, so I'm really glad not to have to worry about staying warm anymore. I'm a little wary of new things, and am slowly getting used to my foster home and new foster family. I'm a deep thinker and need to make sure I'm safe and this new place is as good as it seems. One thing I was sure about from the beginning was how I felt about the resident cat. I am very comfortable around her, and don't even react when she is around. My doggy sister is still on my watch list for now. I haven't met any little humans yet. I am very patient when I am handled as long as it is with a gentle hand. I am looking for a home that will give me time to get comfortable, and grow into the best dog I can be. I'm learning to walk on a leash, and doing ok with that, and how be in a crate sometimes, but that one needs a bit of work. I know that outside is the place that I need to do my business.
