WES - Clyde and Dora

Town and Country Today, in partnership with Second Chance Animal Rescue Society, brings you this feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hello, we're Clyde and Dora and we're looking for a new home!

Hello, we are a bonded pair and the best of pals. We have been together now for about five years and are hoping to find someone with room in their hearts and home for both of us. Clyde is a big fluffy 85 pound mixed breed with big 'bunny' ears that are a conversation starter at the dog park. Dora is a lovely, slightly more laid-back 65 pound mixed breed with silky smooth fur. We are both very friendly and are good with people and dogs. We are good little travelers and have no trouble hopping into vehicles. We love running around and playing with other dogs at off-leash parks but we actually don't have much experience on leash so we pull a bit and whine when we see another dog because we can't run over and say hello. At home we are very chill and mostly sleep all day, although if we notice someone outside the house Clyde will bark to let you know and Dora will sometimes join in to show her support. We both really love being pet and receiving belly rubs. We are great dogs and hope that you'll consider meeting us because what's better than a dog — TWO dogs!
