Panther City rides three separate hat tricks to victory over Roughnecks in NLL

CALGARY — Will Malcom scored a hat trick and added four assists to power the Panther City Lacrosse Club to a 14-11 victory over the Calgary Roughnecks in the National Lacrosse League Saturday. 

Dean Fairall had three goals and three assists, and Nathan Grenon also scored a hat trick for the Forth Worth, Texas-based Panther City (5-8).

Panther City also got a goal and seven assists from Patrick Dodds, and 40 saves from Nick Damude.

It was their fourth win in a row after starting the season 1-8. 

Curtis Dickson had a hat trick and added three helpers for the Roughnecks (4-7). Tyler Pace had two goals and four assists. Christian Del Bianco made 28 saves.

Calgary outshot Panther City 51-42.
