The Town of Athabasca has released a statement saying their chief administrative officer Doug Topinka is retiring soon. “He is retiring as of July 6, ”councillor Tim Verhaeghe said.
The Town of Athabasca has released a statement saying their chief administrative officer Doug Topinka is retiring soon.
“He is retiring as of July 6, ”councillor Tim Verhaeghe said. “He will be participating in the (municipal corporate review), and he will make himself available on a contract basis. ”
