Barbara Bell has been circulating letters and information for quite some time now, and on July 13, she will be hosting a meeting at the Multiplex at 7 p.m.
“There are many, many issues in this town that the people are not happy with, my house being one of them,” Bell said. “I am so fed up with the bureaucracy and the corruption that has gone on in this town relating to my home.”
At the meeting Bell plans to expose all the documentation relating to her property in Hees Estates.
“I want to show the people this took place two years before I even came to this town,” she said about her house and the hill slipping behind it. “I am going to show how corrupt the town can be by trying to hang a widowed mother with two kids when they knew all along what was going on.
“I’m hoping to overthrow the mayor, the councilors and the town administrators for the corruption they have allowed to happen, and continue to allow to happen.”
Bell wanted people to know they are welcome to bring their complaints to the evening meeting as well.
“They are welcome to come with their information, and between everyone, maybe we can all compile it as a town, and regain our town.”
