ATHABASCA – Athabasca County experienced a power outage effecting Boyle and the surrounding area on Aug. 19.
The outage was caused due to a down powerline in the back alley of the Boston Pizza shop in Boyle.
The power went out twice in Boyle. Once for about 20 minutes and then a second time for about an hour and a half.
Power was then fully restored to all surrounding areas at approximately 5:30-6:00 p.m.
