“Darrell was in a wheelchair for a number of years and was a huge rodeo fan. He would go to 60 to 70 rodeo performances a year,” shared Schmidt.
“Our membership nominates people for recognition and a group of directors get together and choose the recipient (for the Darrell Paulovich award).”
Sunday the colour is pink for breast cancer awareness.
Money will be raised, and a cheque will be presented by Wildrose Rodeo Association ladies to the CIBC Run for the Cure.
With so many interesting activities and adventures for people from all ages, this is a four-day extravaganza you don’t want to miss.
