We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Parts Technician to join our team!

Job summary:
As a parts Technician, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to agriculture parts, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will manage day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, as well as maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, text and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Take customer orders at the counter and over the phone or email, provide quotes, follow-up on back orders and perform invoicing.
• Look up parts using computer and paper parts books and update prices to facilitate future searches.
• Perform receiving/shipping duties.
• Manage inventory control, including daily cycle counts and inventory counts as needed.
• Perform light local pick-ups (Driver’s Abstract required)
• And other duties as required.
Profile:
• Apprentice/Journeyman, Part Technician or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and computer knowledge.
• A willingness to learn and be trained.
• Knowledge of the agriculture industry is an asset.
• Fluent in English with Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
• Ability to work well independently, or as part of a team, and self motivated.
Schedule:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• 8-hour day shifts.
• Monday to Friday and some in seasonal Saturday mornings.
• Rotational after hours on call with compensation.
