Westlock Independence Network (WIN), a non-profit organization based in Westlock, Alberta (45 mins from St. Albert), is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead our mission-driven work supporting individuals with disabilities. This leadership role is instrumental in advancing WIN’s commitment to independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee strategic direction, organizational operations, financial stewardship, and community engagement. The starting salary for this role is$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a competitive benefits package.
