Monday – Fridays 7:30 am to 4:00 pm;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Excel; Highly organized, punctual, excellent time management; Courteous phone manners, hand-written skills;
Duties include answering calls, scheduling appointments & dispatching operators, filing, data entry, recalls, service maintenance tracking; Health spending account available.
