Boyle - Boyle RCMP are no longer looking for the driver of a yellow Sunfire that picked up a hitchhiker near Redwater last Sunday.
"Boyle RCMP would like to thank the public and media for their assistance. They are no longer seeking assistance in locating the driver as the driver has been in contact with police," read a release sent to media late Friday afternoon.
RCMP had put out the call for assistance earlier that morning.
