PLAMONDON - Police say a 56-year-old man from the Colinton area was killed in a single-vehicle crash along a rural road west of Plamondon Oct. 3.
In an Oct. 5 news release, RCMP say initial reports indicate the car was traveling east along Township Road 680 near Range Road 170 at about 6 p.m. Saturday when it crashed into a water-filled ditch.
Emergency crews at the scene pronounced the man dead. He was the only occupant of the vehicle.
Lac La Biche RCMP say they are continuing to investigate the incident but are not expected to release any further details. The name of the man will not be released.
