Crews were busy Dec. 8 replacing a manhole on Highway 18 just east of the Rotary Spirit Centre.
WESTLOCK - East-west traffic on Highway 18 between Sobeys and the Rotary Spirit Centre will be slowed to single lanes today, Dec. 8, as crews work to replace a manhole.
Work on site started before 9 a.m. and it's expected the job will be done by the end of the day.
