The wanted sign is still hanging out for Athabasca Minor Ball.
President Rhonda Anderson stated the association is working on determining how many teams it will have based upon their player registrations and the number of coaches they have.
“We are still looking for more Bantam age baseball players and Squirts age softball players,” Anderson said over the weekend.
“We are still accepting registrations for all ages until April 30.”
Meanwhile, practices are now underway for Peewee, Bantam, and Midget baseball teams with many of the other teams to begin practicing soon as league play is slated to start the first weekend in May.
