Small acts of kindness appreciated

Dear Editor, Unless you’ve experienced the love of your own child, you can not know the pain of losing that child. A parent already has a natural protectiveness toward their child that of which that child will test over and over again.

Dear Editor,

Unless you’ve experienced the love of your own child, you can not know the pain of losing that child.

A parent already has a natural protectiveness toward their child that of which that child will test over and over again. That child playing innocently can put the fear of God into your heart without even knowing what they have done is wrong or dangerous, or what they have just awoken in you. My son recently ran and hid at the Barrhead Co-op. The staff seemed to know right away something was wrong. They pitched in to look for him immediately after learning my situation. Their kindness and helpfulness did not go unappreciated by me. Thank you to those who helped me, it is impossible to put into words how I felt when he was found hiding under the produce table. All too often those Small Acts of Kindness by others are overlooked. I don’t know the names of the staff members who helped me and even a customer or two, but they know who they are.

Thank you very much,

Kim Amor
