Blaine Lake woman charged with identity theft, fraud released on bail

A Blaine Lake woman was released on bail after a show cause hearing in Blaine Lake circuit court March 5. 

Laticia Juba-Arcand, 27, was arrested in November 2019 after Blaine RCMP executed a search warrant at her home.

During the search police seized 144 personal identification cards with the majority of them being Saskatchewan driver’s licenses and health cards, 200 stolen cheques, stolen tools and a small amount of crystal meth. 

Juba-Arcand is charged with identity theft, assault causing bodily harm, fraud, forgery, possession of stolen property obtained by crime and possession of a controlled substance. 

Juba-Arcand reappears in Blaine Lake circuit court to speak to her matters on May 7.
