ASSENHEIMER, ROSA MARIA
It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Mrs. Rosa Maria Assenheimer of Barrhead, AB on November 2, 2020 at the age of 88 years.
She will be dearly missed yet forever loved and remembered by her children; Anna (Robert) Crichton, Walter (Charlene) Assenheimer, Deanna (Rick) Neumann, Lydia (Frank) Shalagan, Linda (Kerry) Meunier, Sherry (Tony) Nahamko. Her beloved grandchildren; Jason (Ann) Crichton, Gillian Crichton, William Assenheimer, Emily Assenheimer (Zackary O’Leary), Adam Neumann, Matthew Neumann, James Shalagan, Jeffrey (Miki) Shalagan, Jake Shalagan, Curtis (Jocelyne) Meunier, Jared (Tayla) Meunier, Shayne Meunier, Anthony (Danielle) Nahamko, Jordan Nahamko; her precious great-grandchildren; Blake, Jack, Charles, Eli, Emersyn and Mili. Rosa Maria is also survived by her sister, Martha Tkachuk and nephew, Marco Tkachuk.
Rosa Maria is predeceased by her husband, Waldemar and her parents, Andreas and Anna Theresia Eckenfels.
A Private Family Service will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Rose Garden Chapel with Rev. Ben Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow at the Barrhead Eastlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Barrhead Continuing Care Centre 5336 - 59 Ave. Barrhead, AB T7N 1L2.
