BREESE, Christopher Robin

Sept 1, 1947 - Sept 17, 2020

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Christopher “Robin” Breese announces that he lost his courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Guelph, Ontario, the son of a military man, he enjoyed living in and exploring many places across Canada. As a young man he settled back in Guelph and started a family. Having fond memories of his time as a boy, in B.C., he decided to move his family to Port Hardy and later Powell River. It was in Port Hardy where he completed his apprenticeship in millwrighting. Eventually his craft would take him to Alberta, settling in the Athabasca area.

City living, country life, the Pacific Ocean, mountains, and always a dog by his side. Family, classic cars, rock & roll, t-shirts, blue jeans & tattoos; these are the priceless memories he leaves behind. He was a pillar of strength in his family, with a personality that could fill a room. A man of generous spirit and quiet patience. His greatest joy was expressed in his love for his grandchildren Kathleen, Christopher, Sydney and Brooklyn.

Robin is survived by his sons Christopher Robert (Tracy) & Alexander Joseph (Wendy), his four grandchildren, his brother Frank (Lynne), and wife Sherrie.

Forever in our hearts

May his soul find peace

In the hands of God
