Anne Cartwright
1938 – 2022
It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our dear mother Anne Cartwright. She lost her courageous battle with cancer at the age of 84 and passed peacefully at Mayerthorpe Extended Care.
She leaves to mourn 3 daughters: Marion Power (Wayne Cannon), Cathy Vessey (Gordie Vessey), Lila Cartwright/Tucker (Ken Tucker) and 1 son Doug Vorman. Also 7 grandchildren: Shawn Power (Candice Lucas), Christine Hennessey (Jeff Payne), Dennis Cheeseman (Marsha Bishop), Matthew, Mitch, Nikita Cartwright,Tori Cartwright (Josh Richard).Also 10 great grandchildren: Dominick, Zayola, Ava and Alexis Lucas, Tiara Clay (Brayden Schmidt), Anthony Olson, Courtney Hennessey, Brittney Hennessey (Seth Pentacost), Miley and Tryson Homey. Also 3 great, great grandchildren: Payton, McKenzie and Kia.
Predeceased by first born grandchild Darian Power in 2020 and granddaughter Teresa Power in 2008. Anne will be missed by many friends and other family members.
Funeral services will be held in spring of 2023. As per mom’s request only family members will be attending. Rose Garden Chapel will be handling everything.
