CHARBONNEAU, Peggy Winnifred
On Monday, August 14, 2023, Mrs. Peggy Winnifred Charbonneau of Sangudo, AB passed away at the age of 98 years.
Peggy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Judy Rhese, Alan, Barry (Deb) and Pam Naylor; 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joe; grandsons, Neil Charbonneau and Kent Rhese; and her 7 siblings.
Peggy loved life, especially music and dancing and is remembered for her vast repertoire of nursery rhymes.
The family thanks the caregivers of Extendicare Mayerthorpe who helped make Peggy’s last days so comfortable.
A Celebration of Peggy’s Life will be held Friday, August 25, 2023, at 2 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #126, 5111 – 45 Avenue, Mayerthorpe, officiated by Reverend Ruth Lotholz.
In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to Canadian Red Cross - Alberta/Northwest Territories Office, PO Box 4050 STN C, Calgary, AB T2T 9Z9.
