Evlyen Fewchuk
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Evlyen Fewchuk. She left this world suddenly on April 4th, 2024 at the age of 73. Evlyen was born to Dorothy and Robert Bunning on April 25th, 1950. She married John Fewchuk in 1968. Evlyen worked tirelessly in the health services sector while raising her three sons. Evlyen was blessed to admire, inspire and help grow many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Evlyen is predeceased by husband John, oldest son and daughter in law Johnny and Fiona Fewchuk, mother Dorothy Bunning, brothers Harry, Ernest, Edward, Jack, Robert and Goerge, sisters Mary and June.
Evlyen is survived by her sons, Stewart Fewchuk (Marissa, Thomas, Amylia) Mickey and Alecia Fewchuk (Devon, Deegan) Grandchildren Brittanee and Shawn McGuire, Matthew Fewchuk and Jessie great grandchildren (Kaci, Nic, Lyla and Emmett). Brothers Walter and Eilene, Tom and Diane. Sisters Lillian and Ken, Jean. As well as many nieces and nephews.
Evlyen was an exceptional mother, the strongest women we have ever known. She will be greatly missed and forever loved.
