Dennis Flasha
November 12, 1959 - December 19, 2021
The family of Dennis Flasha are saddened to share the news of his passing on December 19, 2021 at the age of 62 years old.
Dennis is survived by his children: Sheena (Ashley) & Kyle (Adria); 5Grandchildren; Brothers: Cliff (Debbie), Vic (Pat), Darrell; & numerous nieces & nephews.
Dennis is predeceased by his parents: John & Mary Flasha. He was born in Athabasca, Alberta on November 12, 1959 to John & Mary Flasha. Dennis was the 3rd child of 4 children.
Dennis will forever be remembered for the love he had for his farm. In spring through to harvest you would always find him somewhere in the fields or talking about the fields and the weather. In the winter you would find him taking his children to their hockey games and for many years he was next to them as a coach. In between farming and taking his children to hockey he always found time to do more; Dennis also had a passion for tow truck driving, he enjoyed the open road and meeting new people. He enjoyed the challenge that driving tow truck presented him and he was proud to tell anyone stories of his latest recovery. The past few years Dennis had been struggling with many health issues which he eventually succumbed to.
His family would like to thank all the support workers that assisted him with great patience and care, we are forever grateful for your support during those times. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Parkinson’s Association of Alberta in his name.
A celebration of Dennis’s life will be held at a later date.
