HOETMER, Cornelius “Case”
1924 - 2023
Case Hoetmer of Edmonton, Alberta went to be with his Lord and Saviour on September 19, 2023 at the age of 98.
Case is lovingly remembered by his 10 children; Dick (Carolyn), Nelly, Peter (Dianne), Simon (Gina), Andrew (Sharon), Raymond (Brenda), Lloyd (Betty), Edward (Marlene), Frederick (Cliforia) and Angela VanDerVinne (Sid); 23 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren.
He is survived by one brother, Koen, of The Netherlands. He will also be missed by the extended Raven family.
Case was predeceased by Maartje Hoetmer (nee Raven), his wife of 62 years and by three grandsons.
The family would like to express appreciation for the care provided by the staff of Capital Care Grandview Long Term Care where Case lived since January 2022.
A memorial service was held at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427 - 57 Street, Edmonton on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend R. deLange officiating.
