Imeson, Thomas Ernest (Ernie)
Ernie passed peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, January 2, 2023.
He was predeceased by his parents Dorthy (Marion) and Mathius; seven brothers, five sisters and many nieces and nephews.
Ernie will be lovingly remembered by his loving wife, soulmate and best friend Jean; children Lindley (Debbie), Dean (Julie), Reg (Margaret), Melanie (Wayne), Bill Froehler (Marilyn) and family; grandchildren Sean (Gonnie), Jaylund, Scott (Lindsay), and Jamie (Stephanie); great-grandchildren Ethan, Evan, Harper, Nixon, and Jakob.
Ernie loved his family, golfing, playing cards, and driving the open road, especially in his motorhomes. He loved traveling across Canada and the USA, his favourite places being Arizona and Hawaii. He was kind-hearted, easy-going, lots of fun, and always willing to lend a helping hand, making friends everywhere he went.
A celebration of life will be held in the Spring for family and friends. Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the charity of one’s choice.
