KALLAL, Gerald
Gerald Kallal passed away on June 18th, 2020 at the age of 81 after a difficult battle with cancer. Gerald was born on July 28th, 1938 in Tofield. He married Lorraine (Huot) in 1959 and together they raised 5 children. Gerald was known for his generous heart, his honest and humble ways, and his love for his family and friends.
He will be sadly missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his children, Janet (Laurent), Kim, Jacqueline, Mark (Marilyn), Michelle (Brian); grandchildren, Mark, Jamie, Chantelle, Jordan, Sonja, Travis, Brittany, Danni, and Ben; great-grandchildren, Ben, Vanna, Sebestien, Kaitlyn, Rielynd, Aleah, Jayden, Emily, Grace, Kaleb, Keesan, Kolten, Kaylynn and Avery; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
He was predeceased by his wife Lorraine, parents William and Amelia, brother William, sisters Helen, Rita, and Mary and grandson Martin.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, June 27th, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Ambrose Umeohanna smmm officiating. Attendance will be limited to invite-only due to COVID-19 restrictions. A viewing was held at the Westlock Funeral Home on June 26th, 2020.
