KOLACZ, Kristine
Kristine Kolacz of Edmonton passed away on November 15, 2021 at the age of 96 years.
Kristine is survived by her children, Sonia and Richard (Bohdana); five grandchildren, Amy (Rob), John (Rachel), Kristina, Alexander (Alicia) and Andrew; and seven great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband, John; grandson, Scott and all five of her siblings.
Thank you to Allie and Arian for their compassionate care. Interment will take place in Sandhills Cemetery in Egremont/Thorhild.
Prayers to be held Wednesday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m. at Park Memorial, 9709 –111 Avenue, Edmonton. Per the Restriction Exemption Program, you must provide proof of vaccinations (along with valid ID for those 18 years and over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter. Divine Liturgy Thursday, December 2at11a.m. at Holy Eucharist Ukrainian Catholic Church in Thorhild, Alberta.
