LOVICH, David Mark

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David Mark Lovich on October 12, 2021 at the age of 37 years.

David was born in Edmonton, Alberta to parents, Garry and Dianne Lovich on August 26, 1984. The youngest of three boys, it was apparent from a very early age that he was passionate about farming and trucking. He had a love for roping, his horses, his Peterbilts and black angus cattle. David would never turn down a call when a friend needed help. His life changed in 2013 when he found out he was going to be a father. From the moment he met his daughter and later his son, he was devoted. He had created his own family in which he was so proud of and loved unconditionally.

David will forever remain in the hearts of his fiancé and love, Andrea Donahue, and beautiful children, Sophia Dawn and Colton David; parents, Garry and Dianne Lovich, brothers, Stephen (Yvonne) Lovich; Michael (Jessica) Lovich and Justin (Sheena) Thompson; sister-in-law Deana (Darin) Kastelic; uncles, Randy (Cheryl) Lovich, Kevin (Kim) Lovich, Dennis (Sharon) Worobec, Jim Worobec, Marvin (Jackie) Worobec; aunt, Gail (Murray) McKnight; grandparents, Adolph and Mary Lovich; nieces, Hannah Kastelic, Peyton Lovich, Reata Lovich, Emma Lovich, Renelle Lovich, Raelyn Lovich; nephews, Noah Kastelic and Blake Lovich; numerous cousins and extended family.

Most of all a family of tremendous friends.

Predeceased by grandparents, Michael and Mary Worobec; mother-in-law and father- in-law Larry and Darlene Donahue; sister-in-law, Dawn Donahue, uncles, Pat and George Donahue; and aunt Margaret Worobec.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all those who reached out to them during this difficult time. Hug your loved ones tight, as we do not get enough time on this earth; David was cherished by so many.

Cremation will take place at Park Memorial in Edmonton, AB. A memorial service will be announced at a later date when we can all be together to celebrate the amazing man he was.

In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Photos, memories, and condolences may be shared through www.parkmemorial.com.
