MOREN, Bernard (Bernie) Frank
February 27, 1954 - March 29, 2022
It is with deep sadness that we announce Bernie’s passing at the age of 68 years.
The struggles he endured with diabetes have ended and he can now rest peacefully. Bernie spent most of his working life as a truck driver and in his free time enjoyed time with his family. Bernie’s sense of humour is what most people will remember of him as he was very quick-witted and always had are mark to leave you with. He lived in a number of different locations but his last years were in Sherwood Park, AB. He was raised on the farm in the Rich Valley area but that lifestyle was not for Bernie. He left that as soon as he was able.
Bernie is survived by his wife Joyce, one son Cameron, one daughter Kyra, 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 2sisters Valerie and Marlaine, 2 brothers Eugene & Allan, other relatives as well as numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents (Frank & Elsie Moren), one brother (Carl Moren) and one sister (Isabel Laarz).
As per Bernie’s wishes there will not be a memorial service.
