Pat Pashko Obituary
“Pal” Patricia Elizabeth Pashko (Overholt) born October 2nd, 1944, passed away at age 78 on February 13th, 2023 at the Extended Care Unit in Edmonton with her family by her side.
Born to Walter and Viola Overholt at the Athabasca Hospital. She was the 4th out of 5 children in the family. She attended Athabasca High School and after graduating entered into and graduated from the University of Alberta Nursing Program. Upon graduating the program and becoming a nurse, she married Peter Foertsch, who was killed in a traffic accident one year after their marriage. She then married Tony Pashko, they had one child, David. She adopted step-daughter Benita and step-son Dennis.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Walter and Mother, Viola, 3 brothers, Norman, “Gerry” and Allen, along with her son, David. She leaves behind to mourn, her brother, Robert, along with her step-children, Benita and Dennis.
Pat will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Graveside service will held be at the Athabasca Cemetery on Saturday, May 13th, 2023.
