RIES, Agnes
November 8, 1929 ~ April 15, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce that Agnes passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at the age of 92 years on Good Friday. Agnes is will be lovingly remembered by her brother Ken (Elaine) Allen as well as her children, Allen Ries, Wayne (Barb) Ries, Sharon (Steven) Thomas, Karen (Graham) Bromley and Larry Ries. She will live in the hearts of her 10 grandchildren, Brad (Andrea), Susie (Dan), Christine (Ron), Lindsey (Arthur), Kenny (Alicia), Clarke, Adam, Simon, Cherie and Jeff, 16 great grandchildren and nephews Trevor (Emma) and Chad (Charmine). Agnes was predeceased by her husband Don, parents Mary and Bernard Allen.
The family wishes to express our thanks to Leduc Extendicare, with special thanks to Jeannie, Cindy, Sandra, Carrie, Beryl, Cheyson and Mckenzie.
A celebration of life in Agnes’ honour will be held on Thursday June 2, 2022 at 11:00 am at Memories Funeral Home 13403 St. Albert Trail Edmonton, AB.
