Robert (Bob) Henry Dalueg of Baptiste Lake, Alberta passed away

peacefully on June 20, 2023 in Fort McMurray, Alberta surrounded

by loved ones.

Bob was born on March 13, 1941 to Henry and Lynn Dalueg in

Galahad, and grew up on the farm in Forestburg, Alberta.

Bob was predeceased by his much loved wife Mary (Koprowski)

Dalueg and sister Lea Dalueg. He is survived by his brother

Jim Dalueg; three sons, Wayne (Debra), Lyle (Pennylaine), and

Dale (Anita) Dalueg; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Bob was a dedicated family man and a loving, very busy husband,

father, and grandparent. Bob and Mary spent much of their married

lives and careers in Fort McMurray where they raised their 3 boys.

Bob, an avid hunter, fisher, sportsman (& marbles player) alongside

his family, spent much of his time chauffeuring, tinkering, and

fixing machines to help Mary and the boys with their very busy

sports and recreational activities. He was their anchor, biggest fan,

and supporter. Being with his family gave Bob the greatest joy.

Bob spent most of his career with Suncor working as a Millwright,

Supervisor, and in the Respiratory Maintenance Shop of the

FireHall; and, along with his boys, helping Mary with her

successful catering business.

Despite health challenges in his later years, Bob had a deep faith in

God which gave him direction and strength.

It gives his loved ones much comfort to know he is now with his

favorite lady, wife Mary, and at peace.

Bob, so dearly loved and missed by family, friends, and his coffee

buddies is always and forever in our hearts.
