LINDA MAE ROMANIUK
April 19, 1954 - November 24, 2021
It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to beloved mother, sister,wife and friend Linda Romaniuk “nee Barton” of Barrhead, Alberta who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the age of 67 years old. She battled Multiple Sclerosis for 34 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her, husband, Brian Romaniuk; daughter, Amber Romaniuk; sisters, Pat Gibb, Sharon Dyer; brother, Dale Barton & countless nieces, nephews, friends and many great memories.
Linda is predeceased by her mother, Margaret Barton; father Stan Barton; countless aunts, uncles and other friends and family. Linda will be forever known for her sense of humor, love of flowers and how kind and loving she was.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, May 13th from 12-3 pm at the Barrhead Legion. Friends and family will be gathering to remember Linda and celebrate her life. A light lunch will be served.
A special thank you and heartfelt gratitude to all the staff and nurses at the Barrhead Continuing Care Center. A special thank you to Dr.Azzi for your kind caring support and assistance with Linda throughout the years.
Memorial Donations may be made in Linda’s name to Alberta Continuing Care Center and the MS Society.
