Harold Saunders
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend Harold Saunders. Harold was born August 18, 1943 in Amber Valley, Alberta and passed away January 13, 2023 in Westlock, Alberta. Harold moved to Barrhead in 2004 and liked getting together with his many friends at Blue Heron enjoying activities such a fishing, camping and bowling. Over the years Harold participated in Special Olympics in both Lac St. Anne and Barrhead. Harold moved to Keir Care Center in August 2021. Harold was a gentle man who always greeted you with a friendly hello and a blessing for wellness, good health or happiness. He will truly be missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 21, 2023 @ 1:00 at the Blue Heron Support Services office at 5123-50 Avenue, Barrhead. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to the Blue Heron Memorial Garden Box 4238, Barrhead, Alberta T7N 1A2
