SOMMERFELD, Shirley Anne
Shirley Anne Sommerfeld passed away on August 31st, 2021 at the age of 69 years. Shirley was everyone’s hero, as many knew she lived with many health complications all her life, but never complained.
Shirley is survived by her siblings: Rienold (Clara) Sommerfeld, Esther Hauch, Doris OBrien, Florence (Lawrence) Mohrmann, Edna (George) West, Milton (Carol) Sommerfeld, Diane (Daryll) Romeo, sister-in-law Hilda Sommerfeld, numerous nieces, nephews and their families, as well as, many friends over the years.
Shirley was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Lydia Sommerfeld, brothers Arnold and Bill, brother-in-laws Bob OBrien and Jack Hauch, and sister-in-law Annette Sommerfeld.
The family would like to thank Dr. Tawfik, the wonderful nurses at Barrhead Hospital and the ever-helpful, compassionate Hillcrest Staff for taking care of Shirley.
A private family Memorial Service will be held September 10th, 2021 by invite only.
