WHITING, Darlene Joyce
December 22, 1945 - February 5, 2021
With heavy hearts, the family of Darlene Joyce Whiting announce her peaceful passing on February 5, 2021 at the age of 75 years in the Dr. W.R.Keir Barrhead Continuing Care Centre.
Darlene is lovingly remembered by her two devoted sons, Trent and Trevor, and their wives Janine and Rae, whom she always treated like her daughters. Darlene will be greatly missed by her precious grandchildren Jocelyn, Shaelyn, Brandon (Alix), Alanah and Tanner. Her grandchildren were the most important people in her life, and she spent many hours attending any event they were involved in and teaching them important life lessons.
Also left to mourn her passing are her loving mother Isabel Hove, and her siblings Dorothy, Donny (Irene) and Diane (Franz) as well as the extensive Whiting family and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Her loss will leave a void in all our lives.
Darlene was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband Gordon, and her father Carl Hove. We know there will be many card games played now that they are reunited.
