Dear Editor,
I enjoy watching a parade, especially with the various themes thought up by the different clubs and organizations. Every parade should have music (even from a bagpiper) at or near the head of that parade.
But, why do you hate the bagpipers? If you didn’t, then you would not try to muffle his music by positioning the bagpiper between the fire vehicles and all their noise at the rear of your parade.
