Summer vacation.
For students, it must have flown by. For their parents, it might have crawled.
Regardless, school is back in session in Athabasca and the surrounding area.
After a summer of relatively carefree living, local kids are back behind their desks, dusting off their text books and trying as best they can to pay attention in their first classes of the semester. It’s not easy to do. If your memories of school days are dim, imagine your average ‘Monday morning’ and multiply it by a hundred and you’ll get the idea.
