It shall be the Bidder’s responsibility to confirm with the Owner that its Proposal has been received prior to Proposal closing. Late Proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened at 2:05 p.m. local time on December 9, 2021 at the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River Administration Office in Slave Lake, Alberta. Public may be present.
Successful applicants/bidders must provide evidence of the following to carry out the advertised contracts:
- Registration and coverage with the Workers Compensation Board (WCB)
- General Insurance for not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence, with the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River as an additionally named insured
- RCMP Vulnerable Sectors Check for all employees/volunteers
- Emergency First Aid Certificate
