After being shut down less than a year ago, Peavey Mart will return to Westlock in the fall of 2025.
In a statement made on their website on Aug. 25, Peavey Mart locations will be reopening in Spruce Grove, Westlock, Camrose and Lacombe.
“The revival will bring back the Peavey Mart that people know and love - a Peavey Mary focused on the needs of the farmer, rancher, acreage owner, and homesteader with a strong emphasis on providing value for dollars spent in our stores.” read a statement made on the Peavey Mart website.
The Westlock branch was just one store closed across the county in January of 2025 after the Peavey Industries LP obtained a creditor protection order that allows them to restructure and reorganize operations during financial difficulties instead of liquidating.
The Alberta-based hardware and agricultural supply stores have been a one-stop shop for all things agriculture since it first opened in 1967 as National Farmway Stores before being renamed in 1974.
