WESTLOCK- Westlock RCMP Sgt. Daniel Mayowski has been charged with breach of trust following an incident on Feb. 14, 2024.
Sgts. Daniel Mayowski (Westlock) and Sheldon Robb (Morinville) have been charged with a breach of trust by the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service (ACPS).
The two officers were investigated by the Albert Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT), with sufficient evidence was gathered for prosecution to begin.
The two officers have been released on appearance notices. Mayowski will make his first appearance in the Westlock Court of Justice on Oct. 1, and Robb will appear in the Morinville Court of Justice on Oct. 2.
