WESTLOCK — A heat wave couldn’t stop the action at Keller Field Sunday afternoon, as the best in the North Central Alberta Baseball League (NCABL) lined-up for the 2024 NCABL All-Star Game, July 21. The Beverly Optimist All-Stars, comprising of teams from Barrhead, Edmonton and St. Albert squared off against the Power Sports & Marine All-Stars, comprising of teams from Westlock, Parkland County, and Legal. Despite falling behind early in the game, the Power Sports & Marine All-Stars won 11-10 in a come from behind victory.
