Singer/songwriter Tina Hart performs at the Westlock Cultural Arts Theatre on Feb. 2 as part of the Westlock Cultural Arts Theatre Society’s 2023-2024 season line-up. Hartt, who was born in Montreal, performed a mix of original jazz songs and covers in both French and English. The next performer in this year’s concert series will be country/rock singer Travis Dolter on Friday, Feb. 23.
