Westlock RCMP responded to a break in at Westlock Waste Management that resulted in the arrest of two individuals.

RCMP officers were notified on Aug. 17 at approximately 8 p.m. by the building, saying that alarms and cameras were triggered. These cameras show two individuals, Samuel Lebeau (30) from Barrhead and Brenda Logan (43) from Westlock.

After determining their whereabouts the two were arrested and charged with break and enter, theft under $5000 and mischief under $5000.

This is Lebeau’s third offence since July 2025 in which he has been arrested and released twice while also being charged with possession of break in tools and failure to comply with court orders.

The duo were brought before a justice of the peace where Lebeau was taken into custody and Logan was released. They will both appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Westlock.
