WESTLOCK - On Tuesday, Dec. 3 the Westlock FCSS hosted their first December Community Family Supper.
Westlock FCSS supports families and people of all ages and the Family Community Dinner reflected that mix.
"Feeding the community, giving people a sense of feeling safe, and meeting who is in their community, is the goal," said Tracy Proulx, Executive director of the Westlock FCSS.
The packed Memorial Hall is where 300 people who registered enjoyed a fantastic meal.
New Leaf Counselling presented an informative presentation on Holiday stressors and how to deal with them.
Councillors and officials volunteered to set up the buffet and help with the meal.
FCSS with the three municipal partners, Town of Westlock, Westlock County, and Village of Clyde sponsored the event.
The first event in November had 100 people enjoy that event.
