ATHABASCA — Hundreds of locals packed the green space in front of the Riverfront Stage for the kickoff day of the much anticipated 2025 Magnificent River Rats Festival. From local talent taking the stage like Karley Bilsky, to Hay Lakes-based up and coming country star Travis Dolter, the festival's first day had something for everyone.
