A parade of tiny toddlers dressed in costumes paraded through the FCSS and County administration buildings in the late morning of Oct. 31 for a warm indoors trick or treat. The spooky, silly, and of course cute parade of kids hit the hospital and Pleasant Valley Lodge afterwords for more rounds of gathering candy.
