Investigators looking into the cause of a fire Wednesday have located human remains inside the home.
Boyle RCMP along with fire investigators made the discovery following the blaze at a farm home located at the corner of Paxson Road and Range Road 203.
Fire crews from Boyle, Athabasca and Colinton were called shortly before 10 a.m. to find the house fully engulfed in flames. There were no indications anyone may have been inside and the house was completely destroyed.
The investigation is continuing.
