Fortis Alberta has scheduled an emergency power outage for Athabasca and the surrounding area for Monday, June 3 from 3 a.m. till 4 a.m.
Fortis Alberta has scheduled an emergency power outage for Athabasca and the surrounding area for Monday, June 3 from 3 a.m. till 4 a.m.
The outage will extend south of town to Colinton, north of town to Calling Lake, and west of town to Baptiste and Island Lake.
The number of customers estimated to be effected are 3,298. Kevin Haslbeck from Fortis confirmed the area in which the outage will take place.
