A man of many talents. That is what the crowd who attended the Arts Council show on Wednesday, Jan 14, said about Robert Post.
With an act that was filled with wonder and comical twists, Post managed to keep the crowd both laughing and curious.
Prior to entering the stage, Post shared clips from his international tour, a time he spent travelling the world, experiencing and sharing his many comical characters.
From Toilet Seat museums to the Gopher Hole museum, Post shared the highlights of his travels, and the characters he met a long the way.
Using props and a variety of costumes, Post had the crowd mesmerized by his ability to change character in seconds.
Not only a comedian, but also a juggler, a puppeteer, and mime, he shared all of those sides during his performance at Barrhead Composite High School.
To end the show, Post played the role of Pasquale, a TV chef who loves tossing things around the kitchen.
Post made items found in most cupboards in the kitchen, using them in a way that will have no one looking at those objects the same ever again.
Many of those who attended could be heard admitting their cheeks hurt from laughing and smiling during the entire performance.
The next show hosted by the Arts Council will be on Feb. 21, with the Travelling Mabels hitting the stage at Barrhead Composite High School. Those interested in attending can purchase their tickets at Comfort Corner, and are reminded to enter through the north doors of BCHS.
The event will take place in the drama theatre, tickets cost $20.
